The Village Hall team are proud to present the Hertford Heath Winter Fayre.
This year’s annual Fayre includes a Christmas Market in a marquee and skating on the Village Green. Join us for a glass of mulled wine, take the kids to Santa’s Grotto or browse the seasonal stalls.
Skating on the Green
The Goat are providing FREE skating on the village green with penguin scooters for our smaller skaters! You will need to book a time slot to ensure safety. Just call the Goat on 01992 535788. Bookings are made on a FIRST COME - FIRST SERVED basis so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Browse the stalls undercover this year in the marquee on the Goat car park.
Local musician Gemma Anne will be performing in the marquee.
Laura and Tom at the Goat invite you to enjoy the 'ice' skating on a safe synthetic surface, with penguins available for smaller skaters.

Father Christmas has left the elves to get on with the toy making and is spending the day in his Hertford Heath Grotto from 2-5pm but he might stay longer if lots of local children want to see him!
For just £5, each child will receive a gift and the chance to leave Santa their Christmas wish list and will receive a reply once he gets back to the North Pole. There will also be time for parents to capture the moment!
Volunteers from the St John Ambulance will be in attendance during the afternoon.
Every effort will be made to ensure your safety but please take care around the stalls which may be anchored with guy ropes.
There is only limited parking around the village green and we would ask you to park a little distance away and take a short walk to the Fayre. This will also help us to create a safe environment for children wanting to skate or visit Santa.
We ask that you park considerately. Please do not block access or park on pavements.
Toilets are available at The Goat, Holy Trinity Church and The Mission Room. Facilities are provided free so please help by ensuring that you leave them clean and with no litter.
The rules are simple here. PLEASE TAKE ANY LITTER HOME WITH YOU.
